Lachlan was a fourth-year student at USQ, studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (Honours) in Clinical Exercise Physiology when he joined MET Phys for his placement.

He loves what he does and enjoys seeing the benefits that exercise has on people. He has a particular interest in postoperative care and injury rehabilitation, focusing on the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems.

He grew up in the Barossa Valley in South Australia and has been living in Toowoomba since 2013. He attended Concordia Lutheran College in Toowoomba and graduated in 2017.

Lachlan is passionate about sports and leading an active lifestyle. He has been playing AFL since the age of 5 and has also participated in various other sports and activities, such as golf, basketball, cricket, swimming, and running.
