Our team are all professionally AEP’s (Accredited Exercise Physiologists) trained to deliver a safe and effective exercise program to match your goals.

This can be both physically or mentally. Exercise or movement is the primary modality used to assist in treating a range of conditions.

what to know before booking a class

While we would love to have as many people join our classes, bookings are essential and are maxed out at 8 participants per class. This not only helps our team ensure each individual is supported in class, but provides a clean and safe environment for all to enjoy.

New to MET Phys? Firstly welcome, we can’t wait to start this journey with you. However, before we can book you into one of our classes, you must have a pre-screening before attending. This will tell us which areas to focus on and which exercises to avoid.

If at anytime you don’t feel comfortable, please let one of our team know.

You can book in for an initial screening on 07 4599 3165
