The Amputee Education Program is a 100% free healthy lifestyle program for amputees, funded by the Heart Foundation.
The program aims to reduce the scarcity of support and limited access for people with limb amputation on the Darling Downs.

18 free sessions with a qualified and dedicated health professional
Face-to-face or Telehealth coaching available for all group sessions
Tailored guidance, take-home resources, tools and support to help you live your best life
Small group of like-minded individuals to help support you in reaching your health goals

We are passionate about helping everyday people live their best life. Our support and commitment to creating a program will provide amputees with an opportunity to increase knowledge of health, their well-being, set achievable goals and provide peer-to-peer support.
