Casey joined MET Phys on August 2021.
She is a mother of two girls, Layla (5) and Ruby (2). She has always had a passion for dancing and has been dancing since her high school days.
After completing grade 12, Casey decided to become an exchange student in the USA for 12 months. She spent her senior year in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2008, she returned to the USA to work as a dance teacher and camp counselor at a Summer Camp in Portland for 3 months. Before returning to Australia, she traveled along the east coast of the USA.
In 2010, Casey became a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor, marking the beginning of her fitness journey. She has been a group fitness instructor for 11 years and obtained her Cert IV in Fitness in 2015.
As she explored various options within the fitness industry, Casey discovered that exercise physiology stood out as the most promising career path for her. She thoroughly enjoys working with clients and helping them improve their lives through fitness, health, and overall well-being. Over the course of her work, she has formed strong bonds with clients and members, and she feels honored to be a part of their journeys toward better health.
While being a personal trainer brings her joy, unfortunately, the hours can be challenging to balance with family commitments.
