This counselling is designed specifically for ADHD/Autism males aged 14+ who may be:

Feeling constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge

Experiencing shutdowns, meltdowns, or emotional overload

Struggling with motivation, executive functioning, or burnout

Finding school, work, or social situations exhausting

Navigating identity, confidence, or “why my brain works differently”

Parents wanting practical strategies to support their teen at home

You don’t need a diagnosis to get started — just a sense that things feel harder than they should.

What you’ll work on

Counselling is practical, collaborative, and paced to the individual.

Common focus areas include:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Anxiety and stress management

  • Understanding ADHD/Autism in a strengths-based way

  • Building confidence and self-trust

  • Navigating school, work, or life transitions

  • Communication skills and family dynamics

Sessions focus on tools you can actually use, not just talking things over.

A tangled line unravels into a smooth spiral on a geometric blue background. The flow from chaos to order suggests clarity and calm progression.

What neuro-affirming counselling means here

Neuro-affirming counselling recognises that ADHD and Autism are differences, not deficits.

This means:

  • No pressure to “mask” or be someone you’re not

  • Strategies that work with your brain, not against it

  • Strengths-based, respectful, and validating support

  • Sessions tailored to your pace, communication style, and needs

You’re not broken, you just need support that fits.

What sessions look like

Counselling is:
✔︎ Practical and solution-focused
✔︎ Collaborative (we work things out together)
✔︎ Structured, but flexible
✔︎ Grounded in real-life tools and strategies
First session usually includes:
✔︎ Getting to know you and what’s been going on
✔︎ Mapping stressors, triggers, and goals
✔︎ Identifying practical next steps and tools
☞ No pressure. No judgement. You’re in control of the pace.
