Sarah is our home grown Toowoomba local who moved away to study and eventually found her way back home.
Sarah graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Charles Sturt University with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation). Some time before establishing MET Phys in 2017 she worked with Southport Sharks AFL, NJF Wellness and in Cambodia with VIC (voluntarily).
Sarah’s determination and work ethic has allowed her to gain skills for rehabilitation in a number of different areas including professional AFL sports teams, amputees, Aged Care, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, arthritis, diabetes, neurological rehabilitation as well as many more.
