Raised overseas in Papua New Guinea and Africa, Sally settled in Toowoomba for the education of her two sons.

She has had her own business for the past 22 years and after finishing up two years ago she decided to go back to studying something that she has always had a great passion for, fitness and wellbeing.

She enjoys helping people to achieve their goals, and self confidence. Being part of a persons good day is very rewarding.
