Our AQUATIC class is a mobility-focused exercise program conducted in water, making it an excellent choice for individuals returning to exercise after a period of inactivity, or those with chronic pain or reduced mobility. The buoyancy of water helps unload the joints, allowing for easier movement and reducing pain.
