Change is HARD! No one likes change, yet it happens all around us—technology, medicine, even the way we live. Sometimes, we resist change in our own lives, especially when it comes to our health. Have you ever found yourself stuck in the same routine, even when you know something needs to change? Maybe you’ve been told that without change, you’re at risk of serious health issues like heart disease or stroke.

The Challenges of Building Healthy Habits

Many people try to make changes but struggle to stick with them. Maybe you’ve attempted to eat healthier, exercise more, or reduce stress, only to get discouraged when life gets busy. Social events, celebrations, or daily responsibilities can make it hard to stay on track. This is something we hear often from participants in the My Health for Life program:

How a Free Health Program Can Help You Stay on Track

The good news? You don’t have to do it alone. Through the My Health for Life program, people just like you have transformed their mindset and built long-term habits for better health. By the end of the program, their stories shift to:

Take Control of Your Health and Wellness

Through this free 6-month program, I have seen numerous individuals change their lives and continue on to do this for years after the program or rejoin if they felt they required more support, assistance, or motivation. In fact, for the whole My Health for Life Program Qld-wide, there has been a reported 98% of participants are motivated to improve their health more in the future, and 88% of participants feel the initiative has had a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.

The program covers a range of topics from the Australia guidelines, including:

  • Exercise and nutrition based on Australian health guidelines
  • Managing stress and improving sleep
  • Reducing or quitting smoking and alcohol consumption
