Born and raised in Brisbane, Angela decided a change of scenery was in order and ventured up to the Toowoomba area.

Graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science, Angela has set her sights to helping anyone and everyone to achieve their goals. Angela has experience in working with children with ASD and enjoys making the sessions fun and interactive.

She also enjoys working with neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, surgery candidate prehabilitation and oncology clients.
